Hi, I’m Ida.
For more than 10 years, I’ve worked shoulder to shoulder with C-suite leaders, founders, early-career leaders, and talents stepping into bigger roles. My work brings together real-world organizational experience, a deep understanding of the potential of the human mind (the 3 principles), my life as a competitive CrossFit athlete, and genuine care.
I work with people who are driven and capable – but tired of feeling like the only way forward is effort-heavy busyness and pushing harder. When we start sensing there’s a different path to what we truly seek, it’s a game changer.
